dimosthenis_pavlouI am a 32 years old Civil Engineer, PhD, and a Research Associate at the Department of Transportation Planning and Engineering at the School of Civil Engineering of the National Technical University of Athens. In 2008, I graduated from the School of Civil Engineering at the NTUA after having followed the option of Structural Engineering. I have a Master of Science in the Interdisciplinary Program “Analysis and Design of Earthquake Resistant Structures”.

At September 2016, I successfully defended my PhD dissertation entitled “Traffic and safety behaviour of drivers with neurological diseases affecting cognitive functions“. I have 6 years of research experience in traffic engineering and road safety with emphasis on driver behaviour and human factors. I have participated in 10 Research Projects, have made 68 Scientific Publications (+15 which are currently under review process) and I am a reviewer in Scientific Journals and Conferences and have attended several Scientific Conferences.
