Author registration

For each submitted paper, at least one of the authors needs to register for the Conference. Each paper must have one unique registration associated (regular or student).

*Students must be registered undergraduate or graduate students or PhD candidates at the time of registration and are kindly requested to provide the conference secretariat with a valid student identity card, by emailing a scanned copy at: rss2021@mail.ntua.gr. The Conference Gala Dinner is not included in the students registration fees.

Payment Methods: We accept payments by credit card and bank transfer.

Authors should indicate on their receipt their Name, Surname and their paper code (i.e. “John-Smith-12”). Other participants should indicate only their Name and Surname (i.e. “John-Smith”).

Once the payment by credit card/bank transfer is completed, each depositor should return the copy of the payment to the Conference Secretariat by sending it to rss2021@mail.ntua.gr. Important: Please name the subject of the email according to the following example “RSS2022: Registration_ John-Smith _#12”. Any registration made without sending the receipt of payment is not considered valid. Important: All charges related to the transaction shall be borne by the depositor.

Insurance:The registration fees do not include insurance of participants against accidents, sickness, cancellation, theft, property loss or damage. Participants are advised to take out adequate personal insurance.

Cancellation Policy: Notification of cancellation must be made by email to rss2021@mail.ntua.gr. If a cancellation is requested prior to 8 May 2022, registration fees will be refunded minus 100€ (regular registration) or 40€ (student registration). For cancellations after 8 May, no refunds will be provided.

Information on Covid-19

From 1 May 2022, the Greek Government has announced to further ease the corona virus measures. There is no requirement to show a coronavirus entry pass (vaccination/recovery/negative test) at any location, while in June the end of the requirements to wear a face mask is considered.

In addition, from 1 June 2022, the requirements to wear a face mask, has been lifted in all areas, indoor and outdoor. The obligation of wearing a mask remains only in the Public Transport.
