The European Road Safety Charter is an initiative of the European Commission aiming to engage as many as possible civil society organisations to the improvement of road safety in Europe, in order to achieve the common goal: halving the number of traffic fatalities by 2010. Ten Greek Organisations have signed so far the Charter.
