Athanasios Theofilatos, NTUA PhD Candidate and Researcher at the Department of Transportation Planning and Engineering in the School of Civil Engineering of the National Technical University of Athens, obtained theNTUA Thomaidion Αward 2013 for the publication of the paper titled “Pedestrian Gap Acceptance for Mid-Block Street Crossing”, co-authored by Prof. George Yannis and Dr. Eleonora Papadimitriou in the Journal of Transportation Planning and Technology.
